When we were shopping for a home, we looked at several intown Atlanta neighborhoods… Kirkwood, Mechanicsville, Reynoldstown, Ormewood Park… nothing seemed to fit. Then we found Capitol View. A quirky, historic neighborhood nestled right in the middle of the city. Here’s where we got a fantastic old house at a reasonable price, discovered the beautiful 55-acre Perkerson Park, and gained a ton of cool new neighbors.

We’re 10 minutes from both Downtown and the Airport, and really close to Turner Field, The Georgia Dome, and HiFi Buys Amphitheater. We have a MARTA train station here and the Beltline borders the northern edge of Capitol View. We’re a neighborhood “on the move” in many ways.

We’ve been here now for three years and don‘t plan to leave anytime soon. There’s an incredible energy in Capitol View and we’re really happy to be a part of it!
